How do memberships work?Our memberships are paid via direct debit from the 1st of each month. If you sign up during the month, you'll only pay for the remainder up until the 30th/31st (along with the joining fee), then the full amount from the 1st of the following month.

Is there a joining/cancellation fee?There is a one-time £9.99 joining fee, but no cancellation fee.

What if I want to cancel?We understand that circumstances change, so if you want to cancel, we ask for 90 days' written cancellation notice via email. This ensures both parties have a dated record of the request.

Do you offer guest passes/trials?We do not offer a trial period, but we offer a day pass for £9, 24 hour pass for £14 and a week pass for £25. These are available to purchase online or just pop in and we can sign you up at reception.

Do you offer joint memberships?Of course! You can either select or switch to one of our joint memberships and save up to 10% each month. Choose it during sign up or feel free to let us know and we can switch it for you. See our memberships page for prices!

Can I switch memberships?Yes! Simply let us know and we can make the switch for you and make sure your existing membership is cancelled

Can I freeze my membership?Unfortunately, we don't allow freezing except for certain circumstances. Please get in touch and we'll review your request.

How do I sign up for classes?Head over to our classes page and hit the 'book now' button. That'll take you to ClubRight to create an account, where you can make bookings

How long are the classes?Our classes are typically 45-50 minutes

Do I need a membership to do a class?No! We offer a pay-as-you-go approach. Classes are £9 each, or you can purchase a 12-class package for £90, saving you £18

How do I cancel my class?To cancel your space, simply head to the ClubRight App and view your bookings. Please note, you can only cancel up to 4 hours prior to the class start time. After this point, you'll need to contact us by phone, and you will incur a £3 late-cancellation fee.

Do I need to bring anything?No! We supply all you might need, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you want to!

Are the studios air-conditioned?Yes, both our studios have air conditioning. We keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter, ensuring a comfortable workout environment

Can I use a class pass for a gym session?Unfortunately, our class passes are not transferable. To use the gym, you will need to purchase a day pass (£9) if you do not have a membership.

Why can't I cancel my class on the app?If it's under 4 hours until the class start time, you'll be unable to cancel on the app. You'll need to contact us directly via phone to cancel, although you will incur a £3 late-cancellation fee.

Can I have a look around first?Of course, you can! Simply stop by and we can give you a tour of our facilities.

I'm a beginner, can I have an induction?Of course! We offer all new members an induction with one of our trainers to help you get familiar with the equipment. You can also claim a free gym programme and a free 30-minute personal training session to ensure your fitness journey gets a great start!

What facilities/amenities do you offer?We have a fully equipped gym, including racks, machines, dumbbells, cables, treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, mats, kettlebells, hanging punchbags and more. We also have dedicated (and air-conditioned) spin & class studios

Are there shower/changing facilities?Yes! We have 2 showers, 4 toilets and 3 dedicated changing rooms, all regularly cleaned

Is there parking available?Yes. There's a free, dedicated parking area to the front of the gym, as well as a large overflow car park to the back of the business park.

Is Personal Training included?No. Our trainers operate on a self-employed basis and charge their own rates, starting from £30/hr

How do I book Personal Training?You can contact the trainer directly. we have business cards in reception and team posters on the wall with contact information. Alternatively, you can let us know who you prefer and we can put them in touch with you

How do I book the Barber?Visit the barber lounge page and hit the button to go through to the booking site

How do I book a Sports Massage?Head over to the Preform page and use the details provided to get in touch with the team
