Recently, I went to NR12 gym and was really impressed with the experience. The equipment was modern, high-quality, and well maintained, making it easy to complete a variety of workouts. The gym itself was clean and well organised, creating a welcoming environment. One thing that particularly stood out was how spotless the showers were, which showed the gym's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The staff at NR12 were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer assistance and make members feel comfortable.

My wife and I both train here and absolutely love it. I’ve been coming for over a year and it’s consistently excellent. The gym is very well equipped, the classes are popular and high quality, and there’s a vibrant, modern atmosphere that makes it a great place to work out. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always approachable, and the members are welcoming too. Highly recommended.

This is such a lovely gym. I used it when I was home for Christmas and New Years. They have day passes for £10, very reasonable. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean, super friendly and not at all intimidating. The staff are really welcoming. Huge car park at the back is really convenient (don’t struggle to park out front, the overflow is literally a minutes walk from the door). Showering and changing facilities are a little limited but there’s plenty of space for bags / coats etc. All in all a fantastic facility. If I ever move back to the area I’ll join on the spot.
